We know from numerous scientific studies that good nutrition contributes to effective learning in children, and our meals are made fresh every day by our staff in our kitchen. We include a variety of fresh fruits, vegetables, meats and whole grains in our home-cooked meals, and use recipes from around the world to expand the palate and encourage curiosity. Our center offers breakfast, lunch and two snacks – one in the morning, one in the afternoon. Every lunch and snack is nutritionally-balanced and meets requirements regarding food components and portion size.
